Return Policy
Returns
Most of our products are made-to-order, so they cannot be returned once ordered. However, tools and parts can be returned. All eligible returns will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
Warranty & Repair
All our products meet very high standards in terms of quality and durability. However, even with our products, a defect cannot be completely ruled out. If you have purchased a product with a defect, and to ensure that a complaint or repair is handled quickly and easily for you, we ask you to follow the steps below:
Step 1
Please send an email to info@banistuning.com with the following information:
- Name, address and telephone number
- Customer number and/or invoice number
- Part number and product name
- Please indicate whether this is a warranty case (24 months from the date of purchase) or a paid repair.
- Detailed description of the complaint
- Vehicle information (manufacturer / model / type / engine / year of manufacture / license plate)
Step 2
We will register the warranty/repair in our system and send you a return number by email. We kindly request you to mention this number in all enquiries.
Step 3
Please send the cleaned and properly packed parts, stating the return number, to the following address:
Banis Tuning, Ambachtsweg 4, 1271AM Huizen, The Netherlands
Step 4
Upon receipt of these parts they will be repaired immediately and returned to you. Please quote the return number with all inquiries.
